Spring Cleaning: Living/ Family Room

With a couple of weeks left until March, it's that time of year when most people start their spring cleaning.  I say 'most' because some weirdos (like myself) can't wait until spring and start their cleaning in January.

Truth:  I'm so bad that I changed the name from 'spring cleaning' to 'new year cleaning' and actually start the day after Christmas!  As soon as the Christmas holiday if over I take down the decorations and rip through my house room by room - cleaning, organizing, purging and washing everything.  I know a lot of people would find it a nightmare, but I love completely cleaning my house all in one big swoop πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

So, even though my 'spring' cleaning has been done for some time now, I'm not going to leave you hanging.  I've gone ahead and made up a spring cleaning list that can easily be used for most homes.  And better yet, I've broken it down into separate rooms so that normal people can follow along at a reasonable pace.

I'm starting off today with the living/ family room list and I'll be posting every day or so over the next week with the remaining rooms.  Some might like to follow along daily while others might prefer to tackle one room per month (or even not join in at all 😁).  But I figure that by posting quickly I can avoid bogging down the blog with nothing by cleaning for the next several weeks.  So, here we go:
