I've been wanting to add large jars of faux citrus fruits to some of my summer decor, but have only been able to find lemons and oranges. I finally decided, why not just re-style some extra lemons? Read on to see how easy it was:

I found two bags of faux lemons at $4.99 each. The orange tags were 50% off that day meaning I got both bags for $4.99! Not bad 😎
After cleaning the lemons well and letting dry, I chose Apple Barrel acrylic paint in Parakeet for the transformation.
I applied two coats to each side.
And now I have plenty of faux limes for my summer citrus fake bake collection 😊

What a great idea! When my girls were little I remember seeing lemons and oranges but no limes. They look fantastic.
