After getting the laundry center of my playhouse all set up, I decided that I needed a clothesline as well. Here is how I did it:

First things first, I needed the clothesline. Using industrial strength glue I attached a couple of hooks and then tied some twine.
These Little Tikes 'laundry' pieces came with one of the washer/ dryer sets that I bought. I loved the size of them but not the color, so I decided to cut my own using felt.
Using the originals as a stencil I just traced around each piece and cut. The socks I decided to freehand into a smaller shape that looks more like doll clothing.
Using puffy paint I added simple detailing around the edges.
Here is how they compare. Both are cute, but the pastel versions will go much better with my playhouse decor.
Once the pieces were dry I pinned them up using miniature clothespins that I found at the thrift store. Isn't it cute?!
