I found a tub of Art Time Dough at the thrift store and decided to experiment, here is how it turned out:

I've used Sculpy and Crayola Model Magic several times, but I had never heard of "Art Time Dough". Since it was a full, unopened tub and only $3, I figured I would try it out.
During the same shopping trip I also found this silicone non stick mat for $2. I don't know what the intended use is, but I thought it looked like a waffle and would be fun to play with.
I rolled out the Art Time Dough and used a round cookie cutter to make my waffle shape.
Not too bad, but the edges are a little crumbly.
I cut some more waffles and a set of stars in graduating sizes.
When everything was dry I painted all of the cutouts in Classic Caramel.
I used white puffy paint to outline the stars and poured some brown acrylic over the waffles.
The waffles I tucked into my faux food breakfast cabinet.
The stars I stacked up like a tree and placed inside my cookie cabinet.
Overall, I liked how the the Art Time Dough projects turned out. The material is a little dryer than Crayola Model Magic, but definitely easier to work with than Sculpy. If I were heading to the craft store to buy a modeling compound then Crayola Model Magic would be my first choice, but I would still pick up Art Time Dough if I found it while thrifting again.
And that's how my Art Time Dough experiment turned out!
