Recently I shared a post where I showed you the before and after of my thrifted laundry room cabinets. The two sets with closed doors hold real food pantry back-stock, but the glass door cabinets I use for my faux food pantry display. Read on to see more:

In case you missed anything laundry room related:
Now on to those cabinets!
Left Cabinet
All of the faux fruits produce and the containers that they are displayed in were found at thrift stores or garage sales. I have an upcoming post that will show the before and after of the kitchen canisters. The roasting pan and colander I spray painted in gold and the potted herbs I made like this. The container of cherries is just a plastic tub that I painted in brown, then covered with a bit of Saran Wrap. You can find a similar Farm Fresh Produce printable here and a similar herb printable here.
Here are close-up photos of the left cabinet:

Right Cabinet
Similar to the left side, all of the produce and containers here are thrifted with some things painted in gold. The candy apples I made by simply gluing a wooden dowel into a faux apple and the plants are either thrifted or made by me.
The "cook books" are a joke from The Sims 3. In the game characters can learn to cook by reading books with these titles. I made my own with real hardback books that I picked up from Dollar Tree. Using Mod Podge I applied it to the outside of the pages and the insides of the covers so that the books can no longer open. I then painted the covers in green and made new titles out of vinyl that I cut with my Cricut.
The Home Grown Strawberries printable is available here and a similar Locally Grown Produce printable here.

And that's what I have in my faux pantry wall display!
